At Sculptor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer of your choice.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
